1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phllove online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through phllove (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms apply to all users of phllove, whether registered or unregistered.

By accessing phllove, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law; (c) you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines.

phllove reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use phllove, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phllove, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from phllove or any other PAGCOR-regulated platform.
• You must not be registered on PAGCOR's self-exclusion list or any other applicable exclusion register.

phllove reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of phllove Services, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) phllove account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Verification (KYC): phllove is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and other documents as requested.
• Account Ownership: Your phllove account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phllove login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not reuse passwords from other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including phllove staff. phllove will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify phllove immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

phllove will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorized access will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phllove are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: phllove accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. No other payment methods are accepted.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are subject to the applicable payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your phllove account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. phllove complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

phllove offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion's specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players who meet the eligibility criteria of the specific promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting), and expiry period are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• phllove reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any rights that have already vested.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using prohibited betting patterns, or colluding with other players — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Players may opt out of bonuses by contacting phllove support before accepting a deposit bonus.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

phllove offers a range of gaming products including live casino games, video slots, table games, bingo, fish shooting games, and sports betting. The following terms apply across all game categories:

• RNG Certification: All random number generator (RNG)-based games on phllove use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness and randomness.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, and WM Live. The rules of each live game are governed by the applicable provider's game rules, which are displayed within the game interface.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting markets and odds are subject to change. phllove reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, or other circumstances as set out in the sports betting rules.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts will be void. phllove will not be liable for any losses arising from a game malfunction.
• Disconnection Policy: If you are disconnected during a game, the game will continue according to its programmed logic. phllove is not responsible for losses resulting from disconnection due to your internet connection or device.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phllove and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to phllove immediately.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with phllove's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phllove staff or other players.
• Allowing any other person to use your account, or using another person's account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the phllove platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the property of phllove or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from phllove without prior written consent from phllove. Any unauthorized use of phllove's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phllove's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phllove account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phllove shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform; (d) losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security; or (e) losses arising from events beyond phllove's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of God.

Nothing in these Terms limits phllove's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Responsible Gaming

phllove is committed to promoting responsible gaming and complying with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from phllove. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12. Termination

phllove reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Regulatory requirement or direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination, any verified balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting phllove support. Account closure requests are subject to settlement of any pending bets and completion of any active wagering requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

phllove operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

14. Amendments

phllove reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phllove will provide reasonable notice via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of phllove following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using phllove and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
